As a spiritual director, I provide soul care and spiritual guidance through deep listening, discernment, and contemplative practices. With a background in TV journalism and acting, I am a gifted communicator, storyteller, and writer with over 20 years of experience in media and entertainment. My communication skills and personable nature help me connect authentically with others and build relationships.

I hold a Master of Arts in Spiritual Formation and a certificate in spiritual direction from Portland Seminary at George Fox University. I also have a Bachelor of Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin.
